TGA was co-founded by Tamara Genosar and Efrat Karni on a shared belief that exceptional executive search is ultimately about people — understanding an organization’s ambitions, recognizing exceptional talent, and building relationships based on trust.

Sixteen years ago, TGA was founded as a boutique executive-search practice focused on identifying exceptional leadership and specialized talent for technology-driven organizations.
Over the years, we developed long-standing relationships with clients, founders, investors and executives across North America, EMEA, Asia-Pacific and Latin America — placing high-caliber executives and professionals, and connecting them with organizations where they could make a meaningful impact.
Our work has included senior executive, sales, business development, marketing, technology and specialized leadership searches across SaaS, Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, Enterprise Software, Telecommunications, Analytics and Emerging Technologies.

Today, our executive search and talent advisory work continues through Globalead — a Canadian company established by Efrat, where all recruiting activities are now conducted. Tamara and Efrat continue to work together as Partners at Globalead.
